Determination of the mass fraction of ash in rennet caseinates and caseines (except the ammonious).
The idea of the method is the mineralisation of the product sub-sample (by means of combustion) at temperatures +825ºС ± 25ºС, and calculation of the mass fraction of ash.
For analysis, we use charges of the mass 3±0.2 g extracted from the prepared sample and weighed at 0.1 mg reporting increment.
