The thermometer is a working gage with the built-in power supply and is intended for control of temperature liquid, loose, gel — and pastelike foodstuff (with a possibility of a complete set the additional sensor of temperature for semisolid environments).
The thermometer is delivered in one of two executions differing in a measurement error — 0,2 °C and 0,5 °C.
