Application

The dressing machine is designed to determine the extent of infectiousness with insects and mites in explicit form as per the GOST 13 586.4, as well as determine coarseness and weed admixtures provided the machine is equipped with additional sieves as per the GOST 30 483. During the analysis of infectiousness, the dressing machine provides dressing of 2 kg grain in the flow on sieves with the mesh diameters 2.5 and 1.5 mm. Allows detecting even a single live weevil in 2 kg of grain. The mites found in the sample are dressed out alive. U1-ERL-10−3 universal laboratory dressing machine is shipped with a kit for determination of grain infectiousness.
U1-ERL-10−3 laboratory dressing machine provides extraction of live insects and mites (regardless of their numbers) out of grain with their minimum damages. The machine is used instead of the formerly used POZ-1 dressing machine, as well as the kit of laboratory sieves, for infectiousness and for manual dressing which are in use in Russia and abroad.

Application

U1-ERL-10 laboratory dressing machines are used at test laboratories of the centers for grain quality assessment, centers for hygiene and epidemiology, as well as at grain-reception and grain-processing enterprises, at bakery plants, confectioneries, foods and mixed feed industries, in agriculture, pharmacology, mining, chemical, and other industries.
U1-ERL-10 dressing machines make a substantial difference from the previous models, as well as foreign and domestically produced analogs, for the high reproducibility of analyses and the best specifications: low noise level (50 dBa), reduced (by 2 times) weight and overall dimensions, reduced power consumption (by 3 times). Dressing machines are fully balanced, do not rock the table, nor require maintenance.

This model provides a substantial acceleration and facilitates the work of laboratory studies It makes sense purchasing if there is a great amount of grain, especially during the period of grain procurement.
By a separate order, the dressing machines can be equipped with laboratory (U1-ESL) or laboratory monitoring (U1-ESL-K) sieves with the ring diameter of 200 mm, the mesh size ranging from 29 µm to 20 mm as per TU Standards 5149−001−56 476 476−02, ISO 3310−1, ISO 3310−2, and ISO 5223, as well as special sieves 300×300 mm. The rings of laboratory sieves are made of a polymer (HDPE), with the special sieves made of veneer.
