The preparation is used to detect somatic cells in milk as per GOST 23 453−90.
To make a solution of the preparation, 2.5 g(visual method of detection) or 3.5 g(a detection method with the use of a viscosimeter) of the powder is dissolved in 100 cm3 of distilled water heated up to 30−35 °С. Prior to use, the solution is agitated to complete dissolution of the residue.
The effective life of the solution is 24 hours at temperatures at least 15 °C.
